At The Beatles Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
